MEDLIFE
What is MEDLIFE? It is an organization that partners with low-income communities in Latin America and Africa to improve access to medicine, education, and community development projects. Morning Boost Up Program This is a student-organized program that offers fun workouts to start the day off right to promote an active lifestyle. All the workouts are equipment-free and change with each session. The info and class code can be found on the Boost Up team building program Instagram website at @boostup.chs. No pressure to go to every session, join in when you want that morning boost to fuel the rest of your day!
