Selection of Applicants
Arts Canterbury Confirmation Form

If you are traveling over March Break please be sure to read this important message.

Those candidates who are accepted into Arts Canterbury will be mailed a letter of offering them a spot into the program to which they applied. Also contained within the mailed packages there will be a form titled “Arts Canterbury Confirmation Form”. Signing and returning the Confirmation Form verifies the candidate’s intention to accept the offered spot and attend Canterbury commencing in September, 2012. In order to hold your offered spot, the form must be dated and signed by the student and a parent or guardian. The confirmation form must also please be returned to the Arts Coordinator, Deborah Grinnell (contact information below) by 4:00 P.M. Monday March 19, 2012. If we do not receive your completed confirmation form by this time and date, we will have no choice but to assume you are not accepting our offer of placement into Arts Canterbury. As a result, we will then offer the space to the next candidate on our list.
Please understand that with over 50% of applicants being turned away, we cannot reasonably be expected to hold offered spaces for more than 7-10 days.

It is your responsibility to please ensure you monitor your mail if you are traveling and to ensure you return the form to us via mail, email or fax by the specified deadline. The confirmation form may also be found by scrolling down to the bottom of this page and visiting the text box titled “RESULTS”.

Thank you and best wishes,
